01 / THE WEBSITE
About this policy.
This policy covers https://baynourhomes.com, operated by Baynour Homes, and the project information we handle when you enquire about or use our design services. The information involved depends on how you contact us and which services you use.
02 / STARTING A CONVERSATION
What you share with us.
Enquiries may include your name, email address, phone number, approximate project location, requirements and any files or messages you choose to share. We use this information to respond, understand the project, prepare proposals and manage agreed work.
The homepage enquiry tool prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. You choose whether to open WhatsApp and send it. Information you then send by WhatsApp or email is handled through that service as well as by Baynour.
If you use another contact form on the site, its submitted details may be retained for responding to and managing your enquiry. Please share only the information needed for your project.
03 / YOUR PRIVATE PROJECT
The client workspace.
A workspace may contain a client username, project brief, designs, shared documents, updates and payment records entered by Baynour. The payment summary is a manually maintained record; the workspace does not itself process card or bank payments.
Project passwords are stored as hashes. A successful sign-in uses a session cookie lasting up to eight hours. A separate short-lived cookie supports the sign-in form, and temporary failed-attempt records help limit repeated guessing.
Keep your credentials private, use the sign-out control on a shared device and contact us if access should be changed. On-screen presentation mode hides selected details in the interface; it does not create a separate guest account or sharing permission.
04 / RUNNING THE SITE
Cookies and technical information.
The site runs on WordPress with hosting and supporting services. These systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, timestamps and security events to deliver, maintain and protect the website.
Client sign-in uses the cookies described above. WordPress administration, login and enabled site features may use additional cookies. You can control cookies through your browser; blocking them can prevent sign-in or other features from working.
If comments are enabled and you submit one, WordPress may collect the comment, name, email address, IP address and browser information for display and spam checks. A profile-image service may receive a hash of your email address if that feature is used. Comment cookies, if you choose to save your details, may remember them for a later visit.
If you upload images to a public area, avoid including embedded location information or details you do not intend to share publicly.
05 / CONNECTED SERVICES
Links, embeds and service providers.
Hosting, email, messaging and other providers may process information needed to operate their services for us. External links, social platforms and embedded content are governed by the relevant provider’s privacy practices.
Our current 360° design viewer loads project imagery through the website. Where a page uses an external video, map or other embed, that provider may receive technical information and use its own cookies when the content loads or you interact with it.
Opening a link to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or another service takes you to that service. Review its privacy settings and policy before sharing information there.
06 / KEEPING INFORMATION
Retention and protection.
We retain enquiry and project records for as long as they are needed for the relevant relationship, agreed work, administration, resolving queries and applicable record-keeping obligations. Backups and security records may follow separate operational retention cycles.
Private project files are served through access checks, and workspace access can be revoked. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Please tell us promptly if you believe your workspace or information has been accessed incorrectly.
07 / GET IN TOUCH
Your information.
Your questions.
You can contact us to ask about information we hold, request access or correction, or request deletion where appropriate. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal, administrative or security reasons, which we will explain when relevant.
We may update this policy as our website or services change. The date above identifies the current version.
